Edible Idaho South


Edible Idaho South provides the southern region of Idaho with a new way to explore and appreciate our vibrant food shed and diverse culinary cultures. Edible Idaho South will profile the local farmers, fishermen, chefs, vintners, food artisans, retailers and others who help produce, prepare and deliver this area’s distinct bounty of food and drink. The magazine will especially highlight people who work to go about their business in sustainable ways.
